Returns & refunds

We take great pride in the wines that we sell and we hope that you enjoy them. These wines are living wines, they can be cloudy, they can be spritzy and they may well be different to anything you have tasted from the particular grape or area. If you have any doubts or questions before you place your order, likewise if you open a bottle and need advice, contact us and we will be happy to help.

We do not accept returns of opened bottles but if you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 1 week of receipt and we can arrange collection and refund.
