Notes: A new cuvée from Daniele, this was intended to go into one of his sparkling wines but he decided to make an easy-going rosato instead, and he has very much succeeded in that! Delicate in colour, but with a real punch of intensity – saline and bloody fruit, with a good lick of acidity at the finish.

Muni - Veneto
Daniele is a mountain of a man and a leading light in the natural wine movement in Italy. He has 5 hectares of vines in the hamlet of Muni in the Alpone valley northeast of Verona. His vineyards are between 300 and 500 meters above sea level and feel more alpine than their altitude would suggest.
