Notes: MAGNUM This is a blend of some of the Origin wines and some of the un-macerated cuvées, taking the wine from each cuvée that won't fit into the designated barrels, and ageing in its own demi-muid for a year. Usually kept for drinking at the next year's harvest, this is enthralling. Full of punchy aromatics and some pithy tannins, balanced out by lip-smacking acidity. YUM!
