Notes: A special wine, made in a solera method with wines between 10 and 70 years old, and fortified with their own grape spirit. There is a salty/nutty edge that stops it from being sickly sweet, but the aromatics of the Muscat anchor this firmly in the sweet wine world.

Espira d’Agly -Roussillon
Jean-Luc and Isabelle bought Mas Ferriol in Espira d'Agly in 2005 - it had been abandoned for 50 years. The Mas itself was built around 350 years ago and comprised of 25 ha in total (not all vines).
