Notes: From one of Patrick and Justine's older plots (80 years' old at least) planted on Basalt on the slopes around Corent. Macerated in whole bunches, then aged about a year in steel tanks and stoneware jars on the lees. Spiced and aromatic on the nose, with a lean bloody finish. It is a wonderful expression of Gamay d'Auvergne.
