Notes: This is a co-maceration of Pinot Gris and Gamay; part of the Pinot Gris is direct pressed, and the rest in whole bunches. 2024 was difficult vintage for Lisa with a lot of losses, but what a turnaround! This wine unfolds in wonderful layers – subtle floral aromatics on the nose from the Pinot Gris, with notes of tart berries, hawthorn, salt, and a hint of smoke.
