Notes: This is from 8 different plots around the villages of Pagondas, Platanos, and Karvounis. The grapes are pressed and fermented on the lees, then aged in a mix of barrels, amphorae, and concrete egg shaped tanks. The wine is darker than previous vintages but still incredibly vibrant. There's a freshness and zestiness, and the floral Muscat and spiced apple notes are there at the finish.
