Notes: This is the only single-parcel cuvée that Camille and Mikaël produce with pinot noir from their Larrivas plot on the northern slopes of Corent. Destemmed fruit is fermented in concrete, before being transferred to stoneware amphora to age for 12 months. Tart vibrant fruit, with layers of saline and mineral notes - this opens up beautifully.
