Notes: A macerated wine from Catherine’s old vines of Terret Bouret, which spends 1 week on the skins, before ageing in glass demijohns. This leans into the herbaceous and stone fruit notes of Terret, with some gentle tannin and a mineral finish.

Notes: It has been quite a few years since we first tasted a white made by Catherine, and we are so delighted to be able to add this to the shelves. A direct press of old vines, aged in old acacia barrels, this has lip-smacking salinity and freshness, with some apricot-y opulence at the finish.

Notes: Fresh, fruity and clean. This is everything we want from a Carignan. Some depth and weight from the older vines, but a portion is direct pressed, which helps lift things.

Notes: Since 2017 Catherine has worked with a young neighbour, Laurent Mulero. This is from his plot planted in 1974, sees a slightly longer maceration than Catherine’s other wines, and as such is a bit fuller and richer.
