Notes: Grown on a mix of gabbro and gneiss, the Cabernet Franc is pressed without maceration, and aged 18 months on the lees. The resulting wine is white with the slightest blush of pink. On the palate there are some of the savoury, hedgerow fruit notes you would expect of Cab franc, but there is fresh white peach and a lovely zippy finish.
