Notes: Destemmed Nebbiolo macerate for 2–3 weeks before aging in porcelain vessels. This vintage carries a hint of dark spices – almost rummy – in addition to the fruit and iron-like minerality.

Notes: From a parcel facing west/south-west this is aged in oak barrels after fermentation. 14 months in wood have given this a really open quality compared to the Green Palma. There is still a dense core of crunchy fruit but this opens up to more earthy aromatics.

Notes: This is from a parcel planted with an old clone of Dolcetto facing west/south-west and from 2021, a cooler vintage than 2022. This was aged in glass demijohn and is soft, fruity with a long spicy finish. Very much the big brother of the Pinotto.

Notes: Fruit from a young parcel of Dolcetto that is east facing. This is such a wonderful expression of Piemonte’s workhorse grape. Plummy, juicy, even tangy fruit and bright purple in colour.

Notes: From an east facing parcel this was aged in stoneware jars after fermentation. Despite the alcohol % you don’t feel it; the fruit is crunchy and fresh with juicy acidity.

Notes: Bright and lifted Nebbiolo from Fabio’s younger vineyards in La Morra and Mango. Crunchy fruit and aromatics make this fell almost Pinot like. Lovely!

Notes: From the same parcel as Nòtu preparava, this goes into barrel for 26 months and you really feel it; not in a woody way but the texture is far more open and the wine is more leathery and earthy. This will age beautifully.

Notes: Nebbiolo from Bricco de Neive aged in Fabio’s porcelain eggs. Without wood ageing this feels like such a pure expression of Nebbiolo with dense, concentrated fruit, fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
