Notes: This is from a plot of roughly 40 year-old vines planted on clay soils. A mix of mainly direct press and a little maceration for about a day, this is lean and bright. A delightful pink for any time of year.

Notes: Spiced citrus with a real toothsome grip coming from the long maceration and aging. One to share, and to drink slowly. A special wine from a special parcel planted in the 1950s, with vines 'married' (trained along the branches) to fruit trees in the Etruscan method.
