Notes: From Thibaut Stephan’s vines in Saumur, the grapes from both vintages are aged between 48 and 60 months in old large barrels. This is heady and oxidative from the long ageing, there’s some classic Chenin opulence with some salty brightness that makes you smack your lips!

Notes: A farewell to Vincent’s time in Argentina, this is a blend of 3 vintages (2014, 2015, 2016) from Tupungato in the Valle de Uco. A mix of wholebunch and destemmed macerations, aged in cement tanks. This has some of the characteristic Argentine Malbec fruit and density, but Vincent’s lightness of touch keeps some freshness.
