Notes: Having spent a year in barrel this has a breadth and depth to it that is really enjoyable. It has a purity to the Syrah fruit that reminds us more of wines from the Northern Rhone which in actuality isn’t that far away.

Notes: The Babiole this vintage has slightly more weight than the previous and lovely damson-like fruity tannins which give it a moreish quality. Maybe our favourite vintage yet…

Notes: Crunchy, green fruit from the Merlot lifted in no small degree by the aromatics of the Viognier. This gets better and better with time open and will age beautifully in bottle.
