Notes: A first time for Aqueux?100% Grenache rather than Cinsault. Macerated for 3 weeks, this is still light red in colour, and in texture. There are some really classic Grenache-y notes: spiced and bloody. And all this is balanced by a heady fig leaf note and a lick of salt and acidity.
