Notes: A blend of 1/3 viognier from Mattia Carfagna's parcels in southern France, with cinsault from Le Mazel that is macerated in whole clusters for 10 days. Tart, vibrant fruit reminiscent of umeboshi with a creamy edge! This has a lovely pearlescent tingle on the palate.
