Notes: The grapes are harvested from Mattia and Chiara's plot in the Hérault. The Viognier is macerated in whole bunches in the direct press juice of the Muscat for 10 days. It begins with intense pineapple-y brightness and crunchy tannins, but as it opens up it becomes more peachy/apricoty with lovely bitter notes.
