Clairac - Herault
We first met Tom when he was a barman at a natural wine bar in Rennes (or was it Nantes), anyway even though I don't remember what town it was or exactly the job he did I do remember his incredible enthusiasm and curiosity for tasting wine. Tom found his match in Miha. They are both so passionate and intrigued by what they do and they have created a winery in their image.
