Notes: A primeur Tavel from two newer plots that the family recently acquired grown on limestone near the valley of Vestides. Whole bunch maceration all together, then fermented and aged in tanks. The lightest and brightest of the bunch. On the nose there is some intense floral aromatics, and this continues on the palate balanced by lots of zip and fresh acidity. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN THIS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
