Notes: This comes from a plot a little further away, planted on blue marl surrounded by garrigue. The grapes are macerated in whole bunches all together before being vinified and aged in a mix of upright barrels and demi-muids. The darkest of this release, and the most spiced, which brings lovely green bite and fresh crunch. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.
