Notes: A delightful addition to the reds from Matthias and Camille. This 60% Cabernet Franc, which is destemmed and macerated with whole bunches of Merlot, Milgranet, and Merille. The resulting wine is aged for 2 and a half years in old foudres. This is ripe and round with lots of bloody red fruit, but there's also a saline freshness that keeps it light on its feet. Utterly charming.
