Notes: A lovely and incredibly fruit-forward take on Ardèche Gamay by the Dhumes! Fruit is bought from Jean Benoit Plagnol, and macerates for 11 days before aging in resin tanks. This has notes of red fruit and berries, and finishes with a salty lick - wonderful lightly chilled.
