Limoux - Languedoc
Gilles Azzam's vines are at 450m altitude scattered around the village of Roquetaillade. This altitude brings cool nights and helps Gilles keep fantastic acidity in his wines. All Gilles' wines are matured in old oak on the lees. We currently only import Gilles' Cremant de Limoux which for us is one of the most vinous and expressive sparkling wines we have found.
