Notes: The Baumbergers lost a fair bit of chardonnay in 2024 to frost earlier in the year, but still managed to make this delightful wine with what remained. The fruit is direct-pressed, then moved to a mix of small tonneaux and a large 1200L barrel to ferment and age. A fresher take on chardonnay - light and easy, with notes of white peach.
