A direct press of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, this is racked the following spring, and aged for 2 years in stoneware jars without topping up. Bottled in 2025. Gently floral on the nose, this is saline and electric with a wonderfully long and opulent finish. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.
