Notes: MAGNUM This is vinified in Fred and Carotte’s ‘mille-feuille’ style – alternating layers of whole bunches and destemmed fruit fill up a tank before macerating for 11 days. The wine is pressed after fermentation is complete, before it is moved into stoneware jars to age for a year before bottling. There is a touch of reduction on the nose, but wonderfully open on the palate. Fruity with taut acidity, but balanced by smoke, black pepper and a pithy finish. Great now, this will be incredible in years to come! THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN THIS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
