Notes: Grenache from his younger, north facing vines is harvested early and destemmed. 10 days later, more Grenache (having ripened more) from 25 year-old vines are picked and whole bunches are added to the destemmed Grenache. The Carignan comes from Fabrice's older south facing plots and most vines are 120 years old. The Carignan is picked at full maturity at the end of harvest, is direct-pressed, and the juice added to the Grenache to co-ferment. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.
