Notes: Most of the Grenache comes from 40 year-old vines on a south facing plot; Fabrice feels that the fruit from this plot (called Bajungle) typically has large, hard stems - so most are destemmed, only about 1/3 is left as whole bunches. To this he added some Carignan from 60 and 120 year-old vines to co-ferment. Carignan that is picked earlier is left as whole bunches, while those harvested later are destemmed before adding to the Grenache. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN THIS IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
