Grapes: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Trebbiano Toscano, 10% Malvasia di Chianti
Style: Pink
ALC: 14%
Size: 75cl bottle
Notes: A welcome return of this exceptional Tuscan rosato - rich, bold, bloody, but also bursting with ripe fruit and a refreshing backbone of acidity. Juice from sangiovese is 'bled' from a tank after 8 hours, before fermentation in concrete tanks. The base wine is then combined with the skins of Trebbiano and Malvasia from the following year and fermented together. This rosato is only made in certain years!
