Notes: From Albert's 'Serra de L'Eloi' plot, the grapes are macerated on their skins for 3 weeks in amphora, and then aged a further 9 months in amphora. Full of the lovely ripe fruit you'd expect from Grenache blanc, this is balanced by lovely minerality and acidity.
