This still has some of the characteristic salinity and minerality, but also has some dense spiced fruit notes, and some tobacco-y tannins.

Michel has just under 5 hectares of vines in the middle of a forest sandwiched between the appellations of Fleurie and Chiroubles. In an area that is predominantly a monoculture Michel’s farm and forest surroundings give him a lot more biodiversity. These natural surroundings coupled with his biodynamic agriculture ensure Michel’s vineyards are teeming with life.
