Notes: From Albert’s ‘Serra de L’Eloi’ plot, the grapes are macerated on their skins for 3 weeks in amphora, and then aged a further 9 months in amphora. This is a touch fuller and more ripe than the 2022 vintage. There’s more marmelade-y depth, while still retaining the refreshing quality.

Notes: This is a delightfully fresh and light wine from Albert, bringing out the tonic and mineral elements of the Parellada and the hint of bloody and tropical fruit from the Trepat.

Notes: The “Tot” wines are made from a selection of grapes harvested on one day from all the plots. Here the grapes are destemmed and macerated for about a day on the skins, fermented in stainless steel, and then bottled as a pet nat. This is super fresh and lively, a lovely balance of savoury notes and aromatics from the small amount of Moscatel.

Notes: From Albert’s Els Bordells plot. Here the grapes are destemmed and macerated for about a day on the skins, fermented in stainless steel, and then bottled as a pet nat. Previous vintages of this were much more pink, but you still feel the warm fruit here. Delicate bubbles, ripe red fruit, and lover fresh acidity.

Here all these varieties are destemmed and go into tanks together for 1 day of maceration. The result is this hazy pink hued delightful blend, equal parts fruity and mineral.

Notes: This is from Albert’s ‘Parada del Talaia’ plot. This is a light, wholebunch maceration aged in stainless steel after, and the resulting wine is full of delicate fruit coming from Ull de Llbre. Albert’s pig, depicted on the label, is enormous.

Notes: A collaboration between Albert and two other Catalan producers–Oriol Artigas and Francesc & Joan of Celler Frisach. Equal parts of the three grapes macerated together for 3 months. The resulting wine is light orange and dusky; a beautifully tonic and invigorating wine.
