Notes: The fruit comes from Joachim’s newer plots on sandy-loam soils in Saint-André. Both varieties are direct pressed together and aged in concrete tanks – the touch of muscat (just 10%!) brings gentle aromatics, and a lovely rounded fruity note on the finish.
