Notes: A new cuvée from Jeff, a maceration of lesser-known old varieties from Languedoc. It falls somewhere between a rosé (colour and fruity aromatics) and an orange wine (some soft tannins and structure). It is wonderfully delicious and a great addition to Jeff’s repertoire.

Jean François Coutelou (Jeff for short) runs his family’s domaine in Puimuisson a few kilometres from Beziers on France’s mediterrenean coast.
