Notes: MAGNUM! An incredible special wine and one of our all time favourites. The grapes were harvested very ripe and pressed slowly in their basket press. The wine spent 2 years in old barrels and a further two in tanks to get some equilibrium. This is intense, aromatic and herbal, with a lovely salinity.
