Notes: A blend of three macerated native Pugliese varieties: Maresco, Minutolo and Verdeca growing on red and white clay soils. A touch of reduction on the nose which blows off quickly, this is bursting with tropical fruit notes, vibrant acidity, and a wonderful saline finish! One to drink to welcome spring.

Notes: An amphora-aged Primitivo bursting with dark rich fruit notes and a gentle sundried raisin-y edge on the finish. The fruit is destemmed with little pigeage. This has an almost classic Primitivo profile. One to have with a rich seafood-fish stew, or with Apulian tiella!

Notes: This is a delicious fruit-forward rosato from Vittorio aged in amphora! Montepulciano is pressed and blended with Ottavianello skins and lees from Maresco. Lovely tart acidity with floral orange blossom notes, leading to a long cherry-like finish. One to share.

Notes: An amphora-aged take on Verdeca which draws out the more textural qualities of the varietal. This is have a lovely firm grip, and drinks almost like a macerated pinot gris. This would be lovely with game or a rich hunter’s stew.

Notes: A blend of two wines that Vittorio thought would complement each other nicely -mostly Fucsia with a little Blu. The blend is aged in 250l anfora.

Notes: The fruit is macerated separately for different durations blending: 10 days for destemmed Cabernet Franc, and 3-days for the Primitivo and Montepulciano. The cabernet imparts a lovely peppery nose, great dark fruit notes on the palate, leading to a saline and herbal finish.
