Notes: Hors les Murs is the negociant project of Camille and Mathias of Chateau Lestignac. Here the Merlot is destemmed and ‘infused’ in the juice of all the other grapes for about 6 months. A lovely combination of bloody, aromatic, herbaceous, and fruity. It packs a bit of a punch, but still goes down very easily.
