Notes: The Cinsault here is direct press and left to infuse on the skins of Pinot Noir from Hannah's plot in Boudes for five days. This feels distinctly Auvergnat: full of blood and spice, with some smokey reduction on the nose. And the Cinsault brings a warm fruited core.
