Notes: Equal parts Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. The Pinot Gris (50% destemmed and 50% in whole bunches) is macerated in direct-press Sauvignon Blanc juice for 7 and a half months before pressing. This is aged for 3 years without topping up in stoneware amphora. This is wonderfully balanced – pretty floral aromas with notes of bruised apricot and yellow peach, and fine tea-like tannin. THIS WINE IS LIMITED TO ONE BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN THIS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED.
