Notes: A field blend from one parcel, planted with a mix of red and white varieties. The aging and fermentation is flipped around in this vintage - fermentation happens in old 225L barrels, while the wine age for 6 months in stainless steel. This is the biggest of Nacho's wines that we received in this vintage; dense fruit, inky, smooth tannin, and a deep finish.

We visited Nacho Gonzalez of La Perdida in June 2023 having admired and enjoyed his wines for a number of years but never having had the opportunity to visit.
