Notes: A 5-day maceration of both varieties together in stainless steel tanks, then aged in a mix of small and large old barrels. This is tasting incredible at this moment - sanguine and mineral, with lovely pear-kiwi fruit notes on the finish! This also lovely chilled a little too.
