Notes: From Albert's Els Bordells plot. Here the grapes are destemmed and macerated for about a day on the skins, fermented in stainless steel, and then bottled as a pet nat. Previous vintages of this were much more pink, but you still feel the warm fruit here. Delicate bubbles, ripe red fruit, and lover fresh acidity.
