Notes: The "Tot" wines are made from a selection of grapes harvested on one day from all the plots. Here the grapes are destemmed and macerated for about a day on the skins, fermented in stainless steel, and then bottled as a pet nat. This is super fresh and lively, a lovely balance of savoury notes and aromatics from the small amount of Moscatel.
