Notes: Jerome and Stephanie are such fantastic winemakers. This is their Sauvignon blanc, 30 year-old vines planted on limestone and clay, direct press, then fermented and aged in a mix of cement tanks and old barrels. It is clean and bright, with some fruit and texture to round it out. A crowd-pleaser.
