Notes: A collaborative negociant wine that the Hyverts make with their friends from Closeries des Moussis in Gironde. An easy-drinking blend of gamay d’Auvergne from Trouillères, and merlot, carbernet sauvignon from the Southwest aged in fibreglass tanks. Fruit-forward from the semi-carbonic maceration of the fruit, and underpinned by a tinge of earthiness.
