Notes: A blend of gamay d’Auvergne and pinot noir from the slopes of puy de Marmant, Corent, and more, growing at between 380–450m. The fruit is macerated in whole bunches then aged in a mix of barrels and stoneware jars. A mineral red with notes of red fruit and gentle spice, and a saline finish. Delicious slightly chilled!
