Notes: From a single plot of Parellada, here the grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins for 2 weeks in clay amphora. After this the wine ages a further 9 months in amphora. This brings out the pithy, tonic edge in the Parellada, resulting in a thirst-quenching and easy-drinking orange wine.

Albert Domingo Navarro runs his family’s farm in the hills above Tarragona, between Penedes and Conca del Barbera. The vineyards are planted with Parellada, Macabeo, Garnatxa Blanca, Chenin Blanc, Moscatell d'Alexandria, Ull de LLebre (Tempranillo) and Syrah on limestone soils surrounded by woodland, which act as protection and a source of biodiversity for the farm. His vines are organic and he is committed to making wine in as natural a way as possible.
