Notes: The wine that was formerly known as “Rot” returns! The vinification is a touch more complex this year – dornfelder, regent and pinotin (a hybrid) are destemmed and macerated for 6 days; St Laurent is macerated for 2 weeks, and the pinotin is pressed off directly.Aged in a mix of stainless steel tanks and old barrels. Light, with vibrant acidity and gentle tannin, this is one to drink cold (and in one sitting) in the last rays of the summer sun.

Mandel, Nahe - Germany
Pauline and her younger brother Carl are the sixth generation to be making wine at Weingut Baumberger. Since 1855 their family has been farming the varied soils of the Nahe, and the farm has now grown to 15 hectares. Carl has always known he would end up making wine, and after studying viticulture and winemaking he returned to help the family business. But it was when Pauline returned home that she had the idea to create Glow Glow–a chance to experiment, be creative, and most important make delicious wines–and Carl eagerly joined her.
