Sous Le Végétal is a project centred around reintroducing the wider world with the wine of Samos, the western-most of the Greek islands and an ancient winemaking region. Jason Ligas from Greek Macedonia and our friend Patrick Bouju from the Auvergne have partnered to make wines that highlight the different terroirs of the island and different winemaking techniques.
