Notes: Another year, another new label and cuvée name from Jérôme! This is from a young parcel of Chenin he planted that is aged on the lees. On the nose this has savoury and chalky notes, and the palate opens up with taught, refreshing acidity balanced by the opulent fruit and texture of Chenin.

Rochefort sur Layon - Loire
Jérôme began making wine in 2007 on hills around the Layon river which runs into the Loire a few kilometers from the domaine.
